We played a live version of Zelda.I love how creative Remi is! They got some green glass stones and some glass hearts from our Valentines decorations and when they were defeated in a challenge would drop the "gems" like they do in the game.I also had to collect gems for buying things like "the key" to open doors to get further into the game.The glass hearts helped if I lost a life. We then went to the river to find rocks for our Dr Seuss's Birthday Lorax "unless" craft. Our normal river had changed course so we couldnt cross.We headed to one of the other one's and found an amazing walking stick.I plan to add beads and string later to them.(we found 2) we continues collecting our rocks and saw a hawk.We decided the Hawk would be the next representation of our dream guide.Rem named them Davey. We then went to Burger King and had dinner and played with some kids in the play area.We also got some summer outdoor fun stuff from the dollar store since it is getting to be so nice out

Remi had their Brownie's "Thinking Day" event! They made sugar cube house's,paper bag houses,paper bag puppets,a pipe cleaner bee,and brought me a coloring sheet! I love how they are so thoughtful and always bring me one when they can! they also got another Badge for their camp blanket! At their last meeting they had different snacks from different countries...their favoite was the swiss cheese! We made friendship rings for the group.

Today is Family Day but since everyone has the flu it has been low key.I got to watch the 2nd Harry Potter movie! Joy and I made Harry Potter potions together! and we will also be starting the "Save Dobby" sock board and making a "house elf" art smock since my old one is still in Halifax. We also read a new book by the same author's that do "Gruffalo" it is called "Zog" I like it b/c its about a dragon who flies doctors around

Today I watched the first Harry Potter Movie! Joy and I started reading the first book.A few pages each night.Joy also started my Gryffindor Tshirt Tote-bag.She also found my Gryffindor cloak!

Feb 7

Today was Poppa's Birthday! We went to Swiss Chalet for dinner.I got him a helium balloon put into a box I decorated.It was supposed to pop out and surprise him but got stuck! While Joy and Alice ran and got cake,Poppa and Gramma put on Harry Potter for me,this started off my Harry Potter introduction!

KETCHUP: (Jan 29-Feb 6)

For Groundhog Day we made a craft of the groundhog popping out of his hole. This year 3 out of 5 Groundhog's saw their shadow.that means there is still 5-6 weeks of winter We have also been working on constructing lego then making it into a pushmo game! Ive been working on my "Bella's Buy Box" Joy bought one of the "My little Pony's" for our neighbors Granddaughter. We got a new fish since our old one was trying to kill another of the one's we had.So the pet store said they would trade him.We got a "Pretty Tetra" and also a sponge bob decoration to go with the sponge bob house we have.Our sucker fish likes to suck on him and he also lives in the house. We had our Brownies "Snowflake Ball" Elsa,Cinderella and the Fairy Godmother were there.There was dancing and crafts.I got my Snowflake Ball badge and a Guide's Cookie as well as a snowglobe ring we made! I gave Joy the princess activity booklet since I know she likes it :) We also finally gave out our magic reindeer food hat craft Joy made for everyone
